Did you know that the carillon is the most inclusive musical instrument in the world? Its sounds reach everyone – residents, passers-by, visitors – regardless of origin, orientation or status.

On Wednesday 15 October, the university carillon will pay tribute to true LGBTQ+ icons such as Joe Jackson, Elton John and Sia. Expect recognizable melodies about equality, pride and resilience, including classics like True Colors and I Will Survive.

Be surprised by queer music echoing throughout the city. The carillon music will sound at three different locations in Leuven.
