Everyone participating in this event (and/or activities related to it) agrees to the following guidelines:
1. Everyone belongs
No one will be excluded based on gender identity, sexual orientation, skin colour, disability, age, neurodivergence, religion, language, origin, status, or class. Discrimination or exclusion (e.g. racism, sexism, ableism, transphobia, homophobia...) will not be tolerated and should be named and addressed. Always report this!
2. Ask first
Consent is essential. Always ask for explicit consent: • for touching, • for photos or videos, • for conversations or dancing. Only yes means yes. No response or doubt means no.
3. Be aware of your impact
• Do not make belittling, sexual, or stigmatising comments. • Alcohol or other substances are never an excuse for inappropriate behaviour. • Avoid micro-aggressions – even if you mean well.
4. See, speak, care
Do you see something happening that is not okay? Address someone, or notify a staff member (recognisable by badge, T-shirt, or vest). A care zone is provided – a calm and supportive space where you can catch your breath, take a step back, or recover from stimuli, emotions, or a difficult situation.
5. Participation implies consent
Everyone participating in this event is expected to agree to these arrangements. This way, we together build a space where care, respect, and safety are central.
DISCLAIMER: Participation in this festival occurs entirely at your own risk. The organisation cannot be held liable for accidents, physical or material damage, loss or theft of personal belongings. Each participant is individually responsible for their behaviour and actions. If necessary, recourse will be sought to the participant's personal (family) insurance.
